Tile art
Most tile and subject icons come from game-icons.net, drawn by Lorc, Delapouite and other contributors, and used under the Creative Commons Attribution 3.0 license. The icons are recolored to the suit inks and, in a few cases, scaled to fit a tile face; they are otherwise unchanged.
The rest come from Material Design Icons by Pictogrammers, used under the Apache License 2.0.
Type
Headings and the logo are set in Ultra by Astigmatic, copyright Brian J. Bonislawsky, under the Apache License 2.0.
Everything else is Atkinson Hyperlegible Next, made for the Braille Institute of America to keep similar letters apart for low-vision readers, copyright the Atkinson Hyperlegible Next Project Authors, under the SIL Open Font License 1.1. Both are served from this site, not from a font network.
Stories and sources
Every story lists the sources it was written from, on its subject page. The work behind them, museum and archive pages, official records and reference publications, belongs to the institutions that published it.
Software
The site is a static build made with esbuild and served by Cloudflare Pages. The game engine, the page templates and the checks are written for this site.
